Boken Cold Steel Training Dagger (92BKD) |
Points: 2
|
Cold Steel Training Dagger is made of the heaviest grade polypropylene available and closely duplicates a real sword in length, size, weight and feel. And while it is not quite as rigid as wood, it has the advantage of being virtually unbreakable as well as remarkably stiff and cut resistant.

Dagger Cold Steel Rondel Dagger (88HRDL) |
Points: 10
|
Cold Steel’s Rondel Dagger is inspired by historical examples of the combative incarnation of this medieval dagger. Rather than a multi-purpose tool, this version was a specialized weapon. A side arm developed for in-fighting, to pierce mail or heavy clothing, and to slip through gaps in plate armor.
The long, straight triple-edged and hollow ground blade is incredibly stiff and terminates in a needle sharp point. The blade is richly blued, then the edges are hand polished, giving the Rondel its handsome appearance. The handle of the Rondel Dagger is turned and intricately hand-carved from Rosewood, with brass pins added to give further decoration and more traction to the grip. The period-correct double dish guard and pommel are further embellished with file work and offer incredible hand protection.

Cold Steel Hand And A Half Dagger (88HNHD) |
Points: 13
|
Hand And a Half Dagger by Cold Steel. We would be hard pressed to think of a more versatile or effective sword than the "Bastard" or "Hand-and-a-Half Sword" we offer here. For a sword of this size, it's amazingly light and fast and tips the scales at approximately 3 lbs. Its 33 1/2" long blade is quite wide so it can produce deep shearing type cuts yet pointed enough to be effective in a thrusting attack. Its long handle is suitable for both a one or two handed grip and is fashioned out of wood covered in black leather. To balance the long blade we have capped the butt with a beautiful "scent stopper" pommel which can be a lethal weapon in its own right.

Cold Steel Dagger Italian Dagger (88ITD) |
Points: 14
|
Since our Italian Long Sword is light and well balanced enough to use in one hand we thought we'd offer a companion dagger to take the place of a shield, targe, or buckler. Scaled down in size but almost identical in appearance, its sharply tapered, double edged blade slightly favors attacks with the point over the edge and is stiff and strong enough to parry any sword.

Practical Scramasax (SH2297) |
Points: 6
|
The Practical Scramasax has been produced in response to many requests from Viking re-enactors. Its 12" blade, with a rounded tip and 1/16" wide edge, make it an ideal secondary weapon. A horizontal-carry scabbard is provided.

Templar Dagger (SH2364) |
Points: 7
|
The Templar Dagger is a solid sidepiece. Its solid brass fittings and black leather scabbard will complement period garb beautifully. Iberia Swords are crafted in much the same way as swords were made centuries ago, except that the blades are now forged from high-carbon spring steel, a resource unavailable off-the-shelf to the smiths of the old. The blade finish is far from being polished, again more closely replicating what the medieval swordsmith was able to achieve. Except as noted, grips are leather-covered hardwood. Fittings are either steel or solid brass. Except, where shown all of these swords have scabbards of leather-covered fiberglass with steel lockets and chapes and removable suspension rings. These swords will appeal to the re-enactor who wants a sword with the same appearance as the originals.

Dagger Cold Steel Tactical Rondel Dagger (88CSAC) |
Points: 10
|
Our Tactical Rondel is a fascinating hybrid inspired by our “1917” series of knives and swords. Taking our medieval Rondel Dagger as a starting point, we began exploring the modern combative potential of this specialized weapon. The armor piercing capabilities of the Rondel simply cannot be ignored, and as the modern battlefield warrior’s kit includes more and more armor, gear, tools and padding, the merits of a dedicated piercing tool become apparent. Cold Steel Ribbed Shell Rapier Companion Dagger (88CHD) |
Points: 17
|
Designed to compliment our Ribbed Shell Swept Hilt Rapier, our Parrying Dagger offers a long, double edged blade with a stiff, diamond cross section and is fully sharpened, which makes it ideal for delivering a lethal thrust. In addition to that, it also sports twin, upturned quillions that are expertly angled to catch, trap, and immobilize an opponent's blade. The handle of our dagger is styled to match the correspondingly larger Rapier with its similar wood, ray skin and wire grip, and heavy ribbed pommel. Sold Out

Hanwei Baselard Dagger (SH2460) |
Points: 9
|
The Baselard, in both its shortsword and dagger forms, was a uniquely Swiss weapon as its name suggests. Characterized by its crescent-shaped guard and pommel, the Baselard was long-lived, first appearing in the 13th century and surviving into the 17th century.
Our Baselard Dagger is based on an early 15th century piece and features a single-edged diamond-section blade in 5160 high-carbon steel with a riveted tang. The distinctive hardwood grip is capped with engraved steel guard and pommel plates, and an attractive leather-covered scabbard with a belt-retention ring completes the presentation. Sold Out

Roman Dagger (SH2139) |
Points: 18
|
Our Roman Dagger (SH2139), or Pugio, replicates an original that survives in remarkably good condition in a European musuem. The classic broad, waisted blade is ridged and fullered for stiffness and lightness, and the full-width tang matches the profile of the grip. The decoration of the grip an scabbard, like the original, are decorated in a silver on black niello style. A perfect piece for Roman persona.

New Coustille Sword (501014s) |
Points: 12
|
Circa 1300
The Coustille was developed in an effort to create an all-in-one weapon. It served as both a long dagger and a short sword, making it popular with knights as well as the rank and file. Convenient to carry like a dagger but with the cutting power of a short sword, it was long enough to use for defense but still could be thrust under a belt to ride easily with. The well-tempered blade is light and very fast with the cutting power of a short sword. It could pass as a dagger in towns where only nobles could openly carry a sword, making it a favorite for the ne’er do well. Steel pommel and guard with a wood grip covered in leather. Includes scabbard. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts. Sold Out
